1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using SmokeAway (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

SmokeAway is intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. App Purpose & Medical Disclaimer

SmokeAway is designed to support and motivate your smoke-free journey. It provides informational and motivational content, habit tracking, and related tools.
The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor or healthcare provider before making decisions regarding your health or quitting smoking.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Some features require a paid Pro subscription.
  • Subscriptions are billed securely via Apple In-App Purchases and managed by RevenueCat.
  • All subscription management, including cancellations and renewals, is handled via your App Store account.
  • No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods.

5. Data & Privacy

  • You are not required to create an account.
  • Usage statistics and crash reports are collected anonymously for app improvement (see our [Privacy Policy]).
  • Subscription and purchase details are managed securely via Apple and RevenueCat.
  • All progress and personal notes are stored locally on your device.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
You must not misuse, reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the App or its content.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and content in SmokeAway are the property of the app developer. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

SmokeAway is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App. Your continued use after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
