Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. Description of Service

Reverse Play is a mobile application that allows users to record audio, reverse the playback of the audio, and apply various sound effects. The core functionality is provided on the user’s device.

2. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the audio content that you create, record, or share using the Service (“User Content”). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. You affirm, represent, and warrant that your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

We do not access, view, or listen to your User Content, as it is stored locally on your device.

3. In-App Purchases

Some parts of the Service are available only through an In-App Purchase (“Purchase”). If you choose to make a Purchase, you will be prompted to enter your details for your App Store account (“your IAP Account”), and your IAP Account will be charged for the Purchase in accordance with the terms disclosed to you at the time of purchase as well as the general terms for in-app purchases that apply to your IAP Account.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by the laws of your jurisdiction or as determined by Apple’s App Store policies.

4. Advertisements

The Service may be supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions from third parties (e.g., Google AdMob). The manner, mode, and extent of advertising by us on the Service are subject to change without specific notice to you. By using the Service, you agree that we may place such advertising on the Service.

5. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a device that you own or control. You may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service;
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Reverse Play.
