Heartfelt AI is an AI-powered tool that generates personalized romantic letters and digital greeting cards based on user inputs. The service is provided “AS IS.”

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• Accuracy: Content is generated by Artificial Intelligence. The Service Provider is not responsible for the sentiment, accuracy, or appropriateness of the generated text/images.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for the inputs you provide. Do not use the app to generate offensive, harassing, or illegal content.
• Ownership: You own the specific arrangement of the generated output for personal use, but the underlying AI models and app architecture remain the property of LCD Media Games and its partners.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Certain features require a premium subscription (handled via Apple App Store).
• Payments are managed by RevenueCat and Apple. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the period ends.

4. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Application’s code, design, or branding.

5. Limitation of Liability
