This Privacy Policy applies to the Clearify app (the “Application”) for mobile devices, created by LCD Media Games (the “Service Provider”) as a Free service. The Application is provided “AS IS” and is intended for use as such.

Image Uploads and Processing

When using features that allow you to upload images, these images are temporarily stored and processed via an external third-party AI service, Replicate API (replicate.com). These images are:

  • Used solely to return the processed result to you
  • Retained for up to one hour, after which they are automatically deleted from Replicate’s servers
  • Never used for training AI models, marketing, analytics, or profiling
  • Not stored permanently on our servers or used for any secondary purpose

Please note: You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions to upload any image submitted through the Application.

2. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates several third-party services for analytics, performance tracking, subscription management, image processing, and advertising. These services may collect anonymized or pseudonymous data (such as device IDs, ad IDs, and usage statistics) to operate effectively.
