This Privacy Policy explains how ActLike AI, provided by LCD Media Games (“we,” “us,” or “Service Provider”), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the ActLike AI mobile application (the “Application”).

By using the Application, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

1. Information We Collect

The Application may collect or process the following types of information:

Device information: Device model, operating system, app version, language, region, and technical identifiers.
Usage information: Session activity, feature interactions, generation status, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.
Anonymous account information: Firebase anonymous user identifiers used to operate uploads, jobs, storage, credits, and history features.
Notification information: Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens, only when notifications are enabled or needed to notify you about generation status.
Purchase information: Subscription or entitlement status, handled through Apple App Store / StoreKit and RevenueCat.
User content: Images, videos, source frames, audio recordings, voice clips, text prompts, generation instructions, and generated outputs that you submit or create through the Application.

We do not collect your payment card details. Payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple and/or RevenueCat.

2. Camera, Photos, Microphone, and Notification Permissions

The Application may request access to your camera, photo library, microphone, and notifications.

These permissions are used only for features you choose to use, such as uploading media, recording audio, saving generated videos, or receiving generation status alerts.

You can change permissions at any time in your device settings.

3. Face Data, Voice Data, and User Content

ActLike AI may allow users to upload or generate images, videos, and audio that contain human faces, voices, likenesses, or other personal characteristics.

We do not collect, create, store, or use biometric identifiers, faceprints, facial recognition templates, facial geometry, voiceprints, or biometric authentication data.

We do not use facial recognition to identify, verify, authenticate, track, or profile any person.

Faces, voices, and likenesses contained in uploaded content are processed only as part of the user-requested AI generation or transformation. This may include face swap, identity replacement, talking portrait, viral-style transformation, image enhancement, or similar AI-generated visual/audio output features.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information only for purposes related to operating and improving the Application, including:

Providing core app functionality.
Uploading and processing user-selected media.
Generating AI-based images, videos, or audio/video outputs.
Delivering generated results to you.
Saving generated results to local app history when applicable.
Managing credits, subscriptions, and purchase access.
Sending generation status notifications.
Preventing abuse, fraud, spam, and unauthorized use.
Debugging, crash analysis, security, and performance improvements.
Complying with legal obligations.

We do not sell user content.

We do not use user content for targeted advertising.

We do not track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes.

We do not use uploaded user content to train our own AI models.

5. AI Processing and Third-Party Service Providers

To provide the Application, we may use trusted third-party service providers, including:

Firebase / Google services: Authentication, database, storage, cloud functions, app integrity, notifications, diagnostics, and related infrastructure.
Replicate: AI image and video processing.
RevenueCat: Subscription and in-app purchase entitlement management.
Apple App Store / StoreKit: Purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and payment processing.

User content may be transmitted to these providers only as necessary to provide the requested feature.

6. Data Retention

Uploaded source media, such as images, videos, and audio files, may be stored temporarily to complete processing.

Based on current Application infrastructure:

Uploaded source media and prepared processing assets are normally retained temporarily and may be deleted automatically after a limited period, typically up to 3 days.
Generated outputs may be retained for delivery, replay, history, troubleshooting, and user access, typically up to 90 days.
Local history saved on your device may remain until you delete it, uninstall the Application, or clear app data.
Job metadata, purchase records, credit records, logs, and diagnostic information may be retained as long as reasonably necessary for app operation, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, or dispute resolution.

You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

7. User Responsibility, Consent, and Lawful Use

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, generate, save, share, publish, or otherwise use through the Application.

By using the Application, you confirm that:

You own or have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and consents for all images, videos, audio, prompts, likenesses, faces, voices, and other content you upload or use.
You have obtained consent from any person whose face, voice, likeness, identity, or personal attributes appear in the content, where required by law.
You will not use the Application to violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, copyright, trademark, defamation, harassment, fraud, impersonation, election, platform, or criminal laws.
You will comply with all applicable laws and platform rules regarding synthetic media, AI-generated content, deepfakes, impersonation, disclosure, labeling, consent, and distribution.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Application to create, upload, generate, distribute, or assist with:

Illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or harassing content.
Non-consensual use of another person’s face, voice, likeness, or identity.
Non-consensual intimate, sexual, or exploitative content.
Content involving minors in sexual, exploitative, abusive, or unsafe contexts.
Deceptive impersonation, scams, identity fraud, blackmail, or extortion.
Political deception, fake endorsements, or misleading public-interest content where prohibited by law.
Content that violates intellectual property rights or privacy/publicity rights.
Attempts to bypass safety, security, payment, or access controls.

We reserve the right, where technically and legally possible, to suspend access, block processing, remove content, preserve records, disclose information to authorities, or cooperate with legal requests if we believe the Application is being used unlawfully, harmfully, or in violation of this Policy.

9. Limitation of Responsibility for User Misuse

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LCD Media Games is not responsible or liable for:

User-uploaded content.
User-generated outputs.
Illegal, unauthorized, harmful, deceptive, or non-consensual use of the Application by users.
A user’s failure to obtain required rights, permissions, licenses, or consents.
A user’s sharing, publishing, or distribution of generated content.
Third-party claims arising from user content or user misuse of the Application.
Misuse of generated content outside the Application.

Nothing in this Policy limits any liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

10. Data Sharing

We may share information only in the following situations:

With service providers needed to operate the Application.
With payment and subscription processors to manage purchases.
With infrastructure providers to store, process, and deliver content.
When required by law, court order, subpoena, legal process, or government request.
When necessary to protect rights, safety, security, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, or enforce our policies.
In connection with a merger, acquisition, business transfer, or sale of assets.
With your consent.

We do not sell personal data.

11. International Data Processing

Your information may be processed and stored in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

By using the Application, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations, subject to applicable law.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including secure transmission methods such as HTTPS/TLS and access-controlled cloud infrastructure.

However, no internet-connected system, storage provider, AI service, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction should use the Application only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You must not upload content involving minors unless you have all required legal rights and parental/guardian consent.

14. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

Access personal data we hold about you.
Request deletion of personal data.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
