This Privacy Policy applies to the ActLike AI mobile application (the “Application”), created by LCD Media Games (the “Service Provider”) as a Free service. The Application is provided “AS IS” and is intended for use as such.

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects limited information when you download and use it. This may include:

  • Device model and operating system
  • Language and region settings
  • App usage data such as session duration and feature interactions
  • Crash reports and diagnostic data

2. Face Data & User Content Processing (IMPORTANT)

ActLike AI allows users to upload images and videos that may contain human faces.

Face Data Handling

  • The Application does NOT collect, extract, or store biometric identifiers, facial recognition data, faceprints, or facial geometry.
  • The Application does NOT perform facial recognition or identity tracking.
  • The Application does NOT analyze faces to identify individuals.

How Face Data Is Used

  • Uploaded images and videos are used only to generate AI-based visual transformations (such as face swap or identity replacement).
  • Processing is performed only upon user request.

Data Processing & Storage

  • Content is processed via a third-party AI service provider (Replicate).
  • All processing is done via secure transmission (HTTPS).
  • Uploaded media is not stored permanently on our servers.
  • Files are retained temporarily (typically up to one hour) and are automatically deleted after processing.

Important Limitations

We explicitly confirm that:

  • User content is NOT used for AI training
  • User content is NOT used for advertising or profiling
  • User content is NOT shared beyond processing requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to upload any content.

3. Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services to operate:

  • Replicate – AI video and image processing
  • Firebase (Analytics & Crash Reporting) – performance monitoring
  • RevenueCat – in-app purchases and subscription management

These services may collect limited technical data required for functionality.
Each operates under its own privacy policy.

4. Use of Collected Information

We use collected information strictly for:

  • Providing core app functionality
  • Processing user-uploaded content
  • Improving performance and stability
  • Debugging and fixing issues

We do NOT:

  • Sell user data
  • Use content for advertising
  • Track users across apps or websites

5. Data Retention

  • Uploaded images and videos are deleted after processing (typically within one hour)
  • Generated outputs may be temporarily stored for delivery
  • Diagnostic data is retained only as necessary

You may request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all data collection by:

  • Uninstalling the Application
  • Disabling analytics (if enabled) in device settings

7. Children’s Privacy

This Application is not intended for children under 13.
