Brick Blast Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the mobile application Brick Blast (the “Application”), developed and published by LCD Media Games (the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as a free-to-download game and is intended for use “AS IS.”

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

1) Intellectual Property and License

All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Application (including its gameplay, design, UI, graphics, code, and content) are owned by the Service Provider or its licensors.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Application
  • Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Create derivative works based on the Application
  • Use the Application’s branding, name, or assets without written permission
  • Use the Application for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes

2) Gameplay, Scores, and Availability

Brick Blast is a simple high-score game. Scores, progress, and gameplay features may change over time as we update the Application. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any specific feature will always be available.

3) Advertising (AdMob)

The Application displays third-party advertisements through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). Ads may vary based on region, device settings, and availability.

You acknowledge that:

  • Ads are provided by third parties and may lead to third-party websites or services
  • We are not responsible for third-party ad content, products, or services
  • Ad frequency, placements, and formats may change to support the Application

4) Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how data may be collected and used, including data collected by third-party advertising partners.

5) Third-Party Services and Links

The Application may include third-party services (such as an advertising SDK) and may display links or content provided by third parties (e.g., ads). Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party practices.

6) Device and Internet Requirements

Some functionality (including ad loading) may require an internet connection. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining access to the internet
  • Any data charges, roaming fees, or carrier costs incurred while using the Application
  • Keeping your device updated and secure

7) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Exploit the Application or interfere with its normal operation
  • Attempt to bypass advertising or ad-serving mechanisms
  • Use cheats, automation, bots, or any method to manipulate gameplay or scores
  • Attempt to access systems or data not intended for you

8) Updates and Changes

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.

10) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Damages arising from third-party ads, services, or content
  • Issues caused by device limitations, internet connectivity, or user actions

12) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
