These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Remov BG mobile application (the “Application”), developed and published by LCD Media Games (the “Service Provider”).

The Application is provided on an “AS IS” basis and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

1. Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions

All copyrights, trademarks, source code, design elements, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application are owned exclusively by the Service Provider.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
  • Extract or reuse any part of the source code or content
  • Create derivative works based on the Application
  • Use the Application’s name, branding, or assets without written permission

2. Modifications and Availability

The Service Provider reserves the right to:

  • Modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the Application at any time
  • Introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future

Any paid features will be clearly disclosed within the Application before purchase.

3. Use of Personal Data

The Application processes limited personal data strictly as described in its Privacy Policy.

This may include:

  • Uploaded images (for background removal processing)
  • Purchase or subscription-related data (if applicable)

The Application does not collect data for advertising, marketing, or user tracking purposes.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your device secure
  • Preventing unauthorized access to the Application
  • Avoiding jailbreaking or rooting your device, which may impair functionality and security

4. Uploaded Content and Image Processing

Certain features allow you to upload images.

By using these features, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the images or have legal permission to use them
  • You grant the Application permission to process images using third-party services

Image processing is performed via Replicate API (https://replicate.com) solely to generate the requested output.

Uploaded images:

  • Are used only for processing and result delivery
  • Are not stored permanently by the Service Provider
  • Are deleted automatically by third-party services according to their retention policies

The Service Provider is not responsible for misuse of uploaded content by users.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Replicate API – for AI-powered background removal
  • RevenueCat – for managing in-app purchases and subscription validation

Each third-party service operates under its own terms and privacy policies. The Service Provider does not control how these services independently process data.

6. Internet and Device Responsibility

Some features require an active internet connection.

The Service Provider is not responsible for:

  • App malfunctions due to lack of internet access
  • Data charges, roaming fees, or carrier-related costs
  • Device issues such as battery failure or hardware limitations

You are responsible for ensuring adequate connectivity and device readiness.

7. Updates and Termination

The Application may be updated to improve functionality or security.

You agree that:

  • Updates may be required to continue using the Application
  • Failure to install updates may result in reduced functionality

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time without prior notice.

Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Application.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Application and its outputs are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

The Service Provider is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Errors caused by third-party services
  • Loss of data resulting from user actions or device modifications

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Turkey.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

10. Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be reflected with a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
