This Privacy Policy explains how FanCam AI: Viral Video Maker, provided by LCD Media Games (“we,” “us,” or “Service Provider”), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the FanCam AI: Viral Video Maker mobile application (the “Application”).

By using the Application, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

1. Information We Collect

The Application may collect or process the following types of information:

Device Information:
Device model, operating system, app version, language, region, and technical identifiers.

Usage Information:
App activity, feature interactions, generation status, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.

Anonymous Account Information:
Firebase anonymous user identifiers used to operate uploads, video generation jobs, storage, credits, and history features.

Notification Information:
Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens, only when notifications are enabled or needed to notify you about video generation status.

Purchase Information:
Subscription status, entitlement status, credit packs, or in-app purchase information handled through Apple App Store / StoreKit and RevenueCat.

User Content:
Photos, videos, source images, prompts, generation instructions, and AI-generated outputs that you submit, upload, or create through the Application.

We do not collect your payment card details. Payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple and/or RevenueCat.

2. Camera, Photos, and Notification Permissions

The Application may request access to your camera, photo library, and notifications.

These permissions are used only for features you choose to use, such as uploading a photo, saving generated videos, or receiving video generation status alerts.

You can change permissions at any time in your device settings.

3. Face Data, Likeness, and User Content

FanCam AI allows users to upload images or videos that may contain human faces, likenesses, or other personal characteristics.

We do not collect, create, store, or use biometric identifiers, faceprints, facial recognition templates, facial geometry, biometric authentication data, or biometric verification data.

We do not use facial recognition to identify, verify, authenticate, track, or profile any person.

Faces and likenesses contained in uploaded content are processed only as part of the user-requested AI video generation feature, such as transforming a user-selected photo into a fan cam style AI video.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information only for purposes related to operating and improving the Application, including:

  • Providing core app functionality.
  • Uploading and processing user-selected photos or videos.
  • Generating AI-based fan cam videos.
  • Delivering generated results to you.
  • Saving generated results to app history when applicable.
  • Managing credits, subscriptions, purchases, and access rights.
  • Sending generation status notifications.
  • Preventing abuse, fraud, spam, and unauthorized use.
  • Debugging, crash analysis, security, and performance improvements.
  • Complying with legal obligations.

We do not sell user content.
We do not use user content for targeted advertising.
We do not track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes.
We do not use uploaded user content to train our own AI models.

5. AI Processing and Third-Party Service Providers

To provide the Application, we may use trusted third-party service providers, including:

Firebase / Google Services:
Authentication, database, storage, cloud functions, app integrity, notifications, diagnostics, and related infrastructure.

Replicate:
AI image and video processing.

RevenueCat:
Subscription and in-app purchase entitlement management.

Apple App Store / StoreKit:
Purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and payment processing.

User content may be transmitted to these providers only as necessary to provide the requested feature.

6. Data Retention

Uploaded source media, such as photos or videos, may be stored temporarily to complete processing.

Based on the current Application infrastructure:

  • Uploaded source media and prepared processing assets are normally retained temporarily and may be deleted automatically after a limited period, typically up to 3 days.
  • Generated outputs may be retained for delivery, replay, app history, troubleshooting, and user access, typically up to 90 days.
  • Local history saved on your device may remain until you delete it, uninstall the Application, or clear app data.
  • Job metadata, purchase records, credit records, logs, and diagnostic information may be retained as long as reasonably necessary for app operation, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, or dispute resolution.

You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

7. User Responsibility, Consent, and Lawful Use

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, generate, save, share, publish, or otherwise use through the Application.

By using the Application, you confirm that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and consents for all photos, videos, prompts, likenesses, faces, and other content you upload or use.
  • You have obtained consent from any person whose face, likeness, identity, or personal attributes appear in the content, where required by law.
  • You will not use the Application to violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, copyright, trademark, defamation, harassment, fraud, impersonation, platform, or criminal laws.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and platform rules regarding synthetic media, AI-generated content, disclosure, labeling, consent, and distribution.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Application to create, upload, generate, distribute, or assist with:

  • Illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or harassing content.
  • Non-consensual use of another person’s face, likeness, or identity.
  • Non-consensual intimate, sexual, or exploitative content.
  • Content involving minors in sexual, exploitative, abusive, or unsafe contexts.
  • Deceptive impersonation, scams, identity fraud, blackmail, or extortion.
  • Political deception, fake endorsements, or misleading public-interest content where prohibited by law.
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights or privacy/publicity rights.
  • Attempts to bypass safety, security, payment, or access controls.

We reserve the right, where technically and legally possible, to suspend access, block processing, remove content, preserve records, disclose information to authorities, or cooperate with legal requests if we believe the Application is being used unlawfully, harmfully, or in violation of this Policy.

9. Limitation of Responsibility for User Misuse

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LCD Media Games is not responsible or liable for:

  • User-uploaded content.
  • User-generated outputs.
  • Illegal, unauthorized, harmful, deceptive, or non-consensual use of the Application by users.
  • A user’s failure to obtain required rights, permissions, licenses, or consents.
  • A user’s sharing, publishing, or distribution of generated content.
  • Third-party claims arising from user content or user misuse of the Application.
  • Misuse of generated content outside the Application.

Nothing in this Policy limits any liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

10. Data Sharing

We may share information only in the following situations:

  • With service providers needed to operate the Application.
  • With payment and subscription processors to manage purchases.
  • With infrastructure providers to store, process, and deliver content.
  • When required by law, court order, subpoena, legal process, or government request.
  • When necessary to protect rights, safety, security, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, or enforce our policies.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, business transfer, or sale of assets.

Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction should use the Application only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
